FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do projects usually start?

Everything starts with understanding what you’re trying to accomplish. Before talking about timelines or deliverables, I want to know the goal, the audience, and how success will be measured. Once we’re aligned on that, we can define scope, budget, and the right approach for the project.

What does the process look like?

Projects typically move through a few clear stages: alignment and planning, pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery. Depending on the size of the project, that may include a written proposal, creative direction, shot planning, or technical prep. I keep the process structured without making it feel heavy.

How do revisions work?

Revisions are built into the process. I share work at logical checkpoints so feedback is useful and focused. As long as revisions stay within the agreed scope and direction, they’re expected and accounted for. If the project changes significantly, we’ll talk through adjustments before moving forward.

How do you handle budget?

Budget is part of the alignment process, not an afterthought. If there’s a range to work within, I’ll help shape the scope so the work supports the goal without wasted effort. I’m transparent about what’s realistic and where the tradeoffs are.

What do you deliver?

Deliverables are defined by how the work will be used. That can include final videos, multiple formats or aspect ratios, platform-specific exports, or handoff assets for internal teams. Technical requirements and downstream workflows are considered upfront.
